Bilston Family Practice welcomes compliments, comments and complaints from anyone who uses our services.

As a Practice we are committed to listening to patients, relatives, carers and other visitors to the Practice and always willing to learn from user’s experience of our services.

Where appropriate we will act on any comments received and we will use your feedback to develop and improve our services.

We know that sometimes things can go wrong. Should you wish to complain about any aspect of our services please submit your complaint in writing using the form attached and send to or post in to the surgery.

The Practice Manager will then contact you to outline the timescales you can expect to receive a response to your complaint.
